PauseMind is published by Present State Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how PauseMind handles information when you use the app or visit this website.

Summary

PauseMind stores your selected apps, timer preferences, pause counters, check-ins, and local insights encrypted on your device. We do not require an account and do not send your protected-app choices, app-usage history, pause counters, check-ins, or local insights to Present State Studio servers.

Information handled on your device

PauseMind may process selected protected apps, local usage signals, timer preferences, pause events, check-ins, and local insights. This information is used to provide the pause experience and local activity views.

Android permissions

Usage Access is used only to determine when an app you chose enters the foreground and to calculate local phone activity insights. Display-over-other-apps access is used only to show PauseMind's interruption screen. Installed-app visibility is used only to let you search and choose apps to protect. Notifications are used for visible monitoring status and check-in reminders.

Purchases

If you make a purchase, Google Play processes the transaction under Google's privacy policy. PauseMind does not process payment card details directly.

Support messages

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device details, screenshots, or logs you provide. We use support messages only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and keep reasonable records of support requests.

Advertising and sale of data

PauseMind does not sell personal information and does not use advertising trackers.

Data deletion

You can remove local PauseMind data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app. You can revoke special app permissions in Android Settings at any time.

Website analytics

This website is designed to work without account tracking or advertising cookies.
